The Road to Self Understanding

I’m E, a multifaceted, bi, poly woman in her mid-twenties, who’s honored to be married and dominant to hersforever. I love learning, world travel, sex, reading, writing, erotica, golf,  outdoor activities, walking, chocolate, affection, laughing, meeting new people, good conversation and much, much more. I’m always growing, changing, trying to better myself and improve the lives of those I love. I will never stop being a work in progress.

While I’m definitely more dominant than anything else, I am a Switch (Domme/bottom) at heart, and have only recently uncovered my dominant side.  I have no idea why I didn’t know this part of myself for so long, but suspect it was a combination of always being submissive in my fantasies (yet I’ve no desire to submit in RT, which strikes me as odd), not understanding I could dominate without being domineering, and failing to find things on the dominant side that appealed to me.

I started exploring my dominant side last year when I saw someone talk about being a service sub online. ‘Wow,’ I thought, ‘it’d be wonderful to have someone who got immense pleasure out of doing chores, giving massages, and generally making me feel good!’ My husband certainly filled that role in part, but I never viewed him that way, and didn’t think I ever could since we’d always had an egalitarian dynamic (at least superficially). As I learned more, I got more excited about the idea, and eventually placed a personal ad for such a person. Several flakes and bad dates later, I realized how difficult it would be and started to take a break from looking. That’s when hersforever “came out” to us as a sub, and the rest is history.
